This is a rock I saw on the beach on one of our trips to Carpinteria.

I took this picture on a camping trip to Boulder Mountain in August 2008. I chased these guys all day trying to get one to land long enough for a picture. I rescued this one from the water and she was kind enough (or too exhausted to care) to pose for me
